1 Avoid salty foods. Most people like dirty however food if you really want to burn abdominal fat, you have to reduce your consumption of salted foods. In other words, it's a natural fat that might accumulate in your body and increase the risk of heart disease. Take a look at the label of the food you buy. Avoid products that contain "shortening" or "partially hydrogenated" or "hydrogenated vegetable oil". Certain product labels can promises that it contains no fat trans, but you must ensure that it is not a lie. 

5 Never skip breakfast. This is a practice largely ignored to burn abdominal fat. Most of the people live in a stressful world and always neglecting breakfast. Never skip breakfast and don't forget to add some fruit and yogurt to it. And fresh press juice also.
